1. Information We Collect

LogiSwarm AI is committed to privacy and data minimization. We only collect telemetry and operational parameters necessary for automated fleet dispatch, including:

• Vehicle GPS coordinates, speed vectors, and battery/fuel consumption levels.
• Consignment metadata (dimensions, weight, cargo category, priority deadlines).
• Audit logs of autonomous agent deliberations and human operator feedback.
• Voluntary dispatcher prompts submitted via the conversational interface.

2. AI & Multimodal Data Processing

Our system utilizes Google Gemini models for natural language dialogue and multimodal cargo inspection:

• No Personal Identifiable Imagery: Cargo damage inspection images are restricted to non-personal physical freight, containers, and shipping labels.
• Zero Secret Transmission: API keys and secrets are strictly retained server-side. No credential tokens are exposed to the client-side browser context.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use local storage exclusively to save your UI preferences (such as dark mode contrast settings and cookie consent status). We do not deploy third-party advertising tracking cookies or behavioral tracking pixels.

4. Security & Data Protection

All data in transit is protected using Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS), Content Security Policy (CSP), and TLS 1.3 encryption. Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool endpoints are isolated via JSON-RPC 2.0 validation.
