1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or deploying LogiSwarm AI or connecting via its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the software.

2. Autonomous Agent Decision Disclaimer

LogiSwarm AI utilizes autonomous multi-agent algorithms to calculate Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) solutions, emergency detour corridors, and inventory allocations. While the system operates with Pareto-optimal safety guards:

• Final dispatch decisions should remain subject to human supervisor oversight.
• Real-world road safety regulations, emergency vehicle lanes, and municipal bridge load limits supersede any automated algorithmic recommendation.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Simulated SLA compliance metrics, automated courtesy credit calculations, and delay mitigation figures are calculated based on contractual parameters configured in the scenario definitions. LogiSwarm AI continuously works to minimize delay penalties through autonomous self-healing re-routing.

4. Open Source & License

The software is distributed under the terms of the MIT License. You are free to inspect, fork, modify, and integrate the codebase with external enterprise ERP systems, provided attribution notices are retained.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from algorithmic routing detours, cargo spoilage, carrier disputes, or force majeure events.
